In ancient times, avocado pulp was used to stimulate hair growth. Avocados contain at least 25 essential vitamins and nutrients that add shine and moisture to your strands. You can purchase avocado hair masks, but you can also save yourself hard earned moolah by making you own. This moisturizing mask provides hydration and is filled with proteins and vitamins that improves elasticity, shine, and body. So next time you’re at the grocery store, grab two of avocados—-one for your luscious strands and one for your guacamole!

TIPS:

*For deep pentration, wet a towel with hot water, wring, and wrap around head–over plastic cap.*
*Apply as often as needed for dehydrated strands, eg. 1x/month*
*If you have naturally oily hair, only apply to ends; do not apply to scalp.*
